I always reply to anyone who posts about Yieldstreet to explain how dangerous and awful they are. It sounds like you are not interested in them and that's a great thing for you.

I can only offer the stressfil nightmare that I have.

I started with YS in 2018 and had everything work according to the literature. I think I had about 10 different funds successfully close with one a little slow and they kept me up to date with why it was a little late. I really felt like I trusted them.

Then 2022 came along and I put a chunk of money into funds that are were supposed to pay quarterly dividends. I put in a couple of hundred K. As of now I'm mod 2024 I haven't gotten a single dividend from ost of them and they keep saying "your investment is performing" and they aren't all Real estate although a lot are.

Then it turns out when I finally found other investors on Facebook they they have had tons of defaults as in - all or close to all of your money is gone.

It's buried on their website that 12 out of 88 of their real estate funds that have closee defaulted - that's 13% which is literally insanely bad.

If you look up the judgement on the recent SEC case against them regarding another default where they were forced to pay investors about 1.5mm because they mislead them but people on FB said that it gave them only a fraction of what they lost

Anyhow, I don't want to give advice on the rest but in terms of YS it's a really bad and dangerous place
