My experience holding bitcoin in particular had been since 2014 ish.

This makes me 100% disagree with you.

There will not be praise for us early adopters. There will not be descendants idolizing us. There will be hate, jealousy, and reparation seeking. It will be the same generational fighting you see with "evil boomers buying a house for 30k" F them!

Why? because that was the damn price of a house back then? Even now, almost no one i talk to even tries to understand BTC, but they all hate it and think I'm just lucky.

It's sad, but i encourage you to look at the future with apprehension and guard against romantizing people who were "left behind" the dencentralized currency movement.
