That would be terrible. Freedom of Speech cannot mean freedom from any and all social consequences… In your world I would not be able to deny protestors use of my porch because I accepted a tax credit or worked for a federal contractor which is on its face ridiculous.

Even your given example of a boss not being able to fire a blatantly disruptive employee without risking the loss of a government contract is absurd and comes with incredibly negative outcomes comes. To the point where there is an argument you are advocating that compelled speech should be allowed which again, is absurd.

It is the governments job to maintain the public square, not private organizations.
