I'm literally convinced that BD is cursed. Every few months, there was an announcement that someone had passed away. People would talk about how the warehouse was haunted by a ghost.
There was racism. Every month there would be an employee of the month and it would always be only people of a certain ethnicity. When I called them out on it, they made me employee of the month to "prove" that they weren't racist. They basically wanted to shut me up.
There was bullying. The leads were old women who would talk about very dirty sexual things. I felt like I was working in an overseas sweatshop. The rabbit hole goes so deep.
Anyway, I hope more people come forward and talk about their experiences, because I'm curious to hear what they have to say.
