My DOT seems to be unbonded after more than 28 days, but not unlocked. What further steps do I need to take to unlock it? It says it is still locked but it also says it is redeemable. But it is not available when I click on Send.

Man, this Polkadot.js wallet is the worst wallet in the crypto space. You would think they would have employed a User Lab to make it more user friendly. I am not a pro, but far from a novice with wallets and exchanges and crypto transactions.
