Hey guys, I wanted to ask you about dealing with (I guess?) emotions. Around a week ago I bought shares of one of the companies, after doing lots of research and figuring out the company is basically cheap compared to what it presents. I was prepared to lose up to 20 percent on this, but at the same time my goal was to take around 10-20 percent profit some time in the future (a year or so), when the valuations go back to normal. Now what I didn't expect, is it's been 1 week and it's up 12%. I'm now torn between my heart telling me to sell before it drops and my head telling me it's still fundamentally cheap. What do you do when the stocks rise above your expectations so quickly? It's a company I see I could stick with for a couple years, but it's not the kind of company you buy and hold for life.
