You are right, you do sound like a Fed talking head. Deflation wouldn't be painful if the Fed didn't cause the crazy inflation in the first place. Deflation is bad, is what parasite bankers want you to think. Constant inflation is not needed. It's a misconception that increasing the currency supply will boost the economy. It leads to the destruction of the economy. It's artifical demand and the misuse of valuable resources caused by the Fed and government manipulating the currency supply. The economy would absolutely churn with steady prices using stable money. It would grow in a more natural way and wealth and production could be built by the citizens. We wouldn't be a consumer nation running off debt as a driver.
