I think the answer to the first part is D only because all the other choices have errors. Atst, D only considers 1 sector so it's a tricky one (but correct).

I would have gone with B to the 2nd part. A looks good but i don't think a rise in prices would reduce real money supply. It's need to research, but lower taxes (i think), just transfers money from the public sector to households.

Not sure how prof got D for part 2. Choice C is not correct. Increasing money supply is inflationary. It's what we're going through now. Central banks raise rates in such conditions.
