On ground, nobody cares for Iran administration. In fact, many hate them as they are seen as a shia version of Pakistan using proxies to destabilize the Middle East. And quite recently , our social media was filled with news from Iran cracking down on burkha protests hard , which drew an outrage. Islamic theocracies don't get much public sympathy here for obvious reasons.
India has a minor Shia population which may or may not sympathize with Iran administration, but apart from that, no other demographic.
The vast majority of the country actually admires and adores Israel though. They were more invested in the Israel side in the Israel - Hamas conflict, so a lot of them think it's some grand conspiracy to eliminate Iran elites.
