But people will learn, so I predict the sell the news impact won't be as huge, at most we probably see something around \~$3400, then in 1\~2 month we can probably see ATH.

**tl;dr** - Buy more if there's any sell the news event like last time, shit is going to get crazy in 1\~2 months, we have FIT21 bill incoming, potential rate cut where a large sums of money will flow back to market, and both parties now trying to win votes with pro-crypto stance.
