There probably is one and we want the Chinese to know. To induce a "If we invade one big reason why we invade goes boom" thinking in Chinese leadership. Building one is simple, just integrate a trigger in the machines code that, when activated, lets loose a Virus that dismantles the programs that run the machines, or make the machines destroy themselves. The only company making the machines is ASML in the Netherlands. They dont sell to China today, much less after an Invasion. The technology was already used. The Stuxnet Virus (Worm, technically) was used to infect Iranian gas centrifuges used to enrich Uranium. It made them spin very fast physically destroying both the contents and the centrifuges themselves. Set them back years on their nuclear programm, together with CIA and Mossad shenanigans like sabotaging parts shipped to Iran for use in nuclear tech or assassinating scientists its the reason why those evil Islamists dont have nukes yet. Hell, maybe im overthinking this and its just a brick of Semtex in the ceiling and a phone in the ASML or Intel CEOs pocket, ISIS style.
