I think OpenAI have listened to all the copy-pasters and trained the new model to preference giving you the full code containing it's alteration, rather than spelling out its specific changes.

I liked getting just the altered code back from GPT3-4. It was quick to see what the model was trying to show me and I could easily edit my code based on that. Now I'm scrolling through the returned code trying to spot what's changed (I often make adjustments to the code inbetween asking GPT questions, so it's version of the "full code" is going to be different to mine, meaning in almost all cases I can't copy and paste its output over the top of my work without losing stuff).

Nothing against people who want a tool that's more hands off. That's where it's all going after all. But I'd like to know if I'm not alone in noticing this change. Anyone else noticing this change over GPT4?
