Hi All
I am working on a proof of concept to develop mathematical model for compensation of cab drivers. The main objective is that it should enhance customer experience.
I have come up with basic model as below.
C=B+R+P+S+T
B is the Base rate: B=rate×distance or rate×hours
R is the Rating bonus: R=base_bonus×(average_rating−threshold_rating) for ratings above a certain threshold
P is the Peak time incentive: P=peak_rate×hours_worked_during_peak
S is the Safety bonus: S=safety_bonus if no accidents or tickets within a defined period
T is the Tips and other bonuses for extra services (like luggage help, etc.)
Also, we have to plan testing strategy for this model.
Any feedback on above model will be highly appreciated.
