**Realistically:** Like the current situation for disabling telemetry, there's a bunch of hoops and stuff that we will need to jump through to disable it. However, it *mysteriously* gets reenabled whenever windows updates itself.

**What we actually need but probably won't happen:** A big red kill switch that permanently disables it, and cannot be re-enabled accidentally or via windows update.

I am hoping we get the latter via some third party solution.
