I work in a very risk averse environment and hosting things via servers (even internal) is generally frowned upon. I am looking for ideas of how to deploy a (smaller) model with an application. Starting with a TF or PyTorch model, how does one build an appliction around it? I've done some basic python apps, the problem being installing python (not a problem for a DL community, but app will be used by non-technical people). I'm wondering if there is a semi-reasonable way to build an application that installs on a users computer without having to do python/dependencies and just "runs"
