I love that! I've been trying to think of the impacts of AI in similar way, but haven't come up with much haha. You've really hit on something though.

I think this is a good example of the classic Ford quote (I'm paraphrasing): "If I asked people what they wanted, they would've asked for faster horses". It's easy to think very narrowly, and assume AI will just do what we're doing now but make it easier. But in reality, innovation necessarily veers into entirely new directions. Here's hoping we get to a point where something like this is feasible because it would be really awesome!
