So I can save money by just using my computer from 1990 that still works right? No, it can't even load a web page despite working fine. A modern tech world isn't accurately reflected with hedonistic adjustment.

Improved processing power isn't reducing your cost nor is it giving you in most cases more value. Cool more pixels, so actually my cost per pixels is lower!!! Wow such great savings, I can now eat steak that I have now pixels per dollar! Oh wait I can't it turns out high tech hardware just gets loaded down with increasingly hungry apps and pixels.
