It just baffles me that even in 2024 people are insecure about sharing any learnings they have? I have seen this behavior particularly in tech sector including data science. Folks information is free - by helping a team out to speed up their collective learning you are only going to look better not worse.

There is enough pie to share so don’t be so secretive!!

I know some people may disagree and I welcome constructive criticism or opinions from others because I want to challenge my own thoughts here!!
