Yes but it does give an idea of how they enforce safety.
There was a lecture from Professor Lecun where he goes into the problem with the autoregressive models and that gives some intuition as to why models might “Hallucinate” as the generation length increases. That and me personally working with llms a lot I see why reasoning is so hard to crack with llms. Goal driven AI or some sort of heuristic mixed with conventional llms would be the next inflection point for language models and that will definitely come much closer to cracking human level performance. I am quite interested to see the next wave of models and experiments implementing jamba, xlstm etc. there were some rumours of GPT5 having the mysterious Q* approach to help with planning we will see in times to come.
