So I was using this bot to create useful information and gather details from data overtime using memory. I was also having it remember personal information so it could provide useful output. After the system issue yesterday where the model crashed it seems all of my memory data is now gone. All of the conversations are still exist, but the memories that were created from those conversations have gone away. Is there anyway I can fix this? Has this happened to other people? Is Support aware of this and is there a solution I’ve requested a data export And it looks like the data is highly compressed so I’m not sure if the 10 MB in size is a concern and just shows that more has been deleted or if that’s normal because I’ve never had an export before.
