CySA+ is from CompTIA, not IBM. That might cause some confusion or be seen as shady. It's been about 4 years since I took a CompTIA cert - do they have a certification number to show it is still an active certification? Or a Credly badge to show that you actually achieved the certification? Those go a long way show that you're not BSing your certifications.

I know all of my certifications have Credly badges...even my old CompTIA and Cisco certifications still show up there, even though they are now expired.

HR departments will do this as part of their background checks of your credentials listed on your resume.
