I was toying around for the first time with the voice-chat part of ChatGPT on my phone and asked if it knew of any restaurants near me that have a good fish sandwich. I assumed it would give me a "Oh, i do not have access to your location" message or something, but it said "sure!" and then listed three restaurants in the Strip District in Pittsburgh, PA.
As you've probably guessed from the title, that is not even close to where I am. I'm wondering if that's a default location for some reason.
Furthermore, I told it where I am and it seemed to return an error; I assume this is not something that the model wants to do because people get sketched out if they think they're being tracked. Am curious if I can turn that on for my app so I can get better responses.
