Anyway, labour practices are set by local governments. It's they who are responsible for setting pay scales and working conditions.

Most of the people posting in this thread are probably using PC's and mobile phones where the devices or the components in them are made by real slave labour. Most Reddit posters are probably wearing clothing made under the most abominable working conditions in global south countries. Most of us are using devices powered by Li-ion batteries where the materials such as cobalt were mined under inhuman conditions.
