Left lane drivers cause the majority of accidents. Left lane drivers convert roads causing slowdowns, braking, and causes effect as lie weaving, and road rage. Everyone’s refusal to move right means angry people weaving through lanes will inevitably slam into someone. If the left lane or PASSING ONLY lane remained clear/people moved right than speeders would not weave and they would be much easier to be pulled over and identified. We would all be safer, less congested roads, and we can all get to our distinction AS THE FREEWAY DESIGNERS LAWS INTENDED.
