The governor has been saying for months it will be resolved. I am not sure why you think the DNC would try and correct it when the Republican Governor has said it would be.

Realize this is simply a paperwork issue and why other states where this happens - even Alabama - have already given a waiver for Biden for the late date. Since Ohio State will not even accept a provisional document , the DNC has a choice of suing or just having the delegates document provided before the convention to the Ohio Secretary of State.
