Would you be happier if they didn't use the word "recession"?

The whole point of my post is that regardless of whether people are using the terminology correctly... Regardless of what the economic indicators show... Many people are still having a hard time financially and feeling bad about it.

Ridiculing or dismissing folks because they're using the wrong terminology doesn't change that reality.

And the reality is that they still get a vote - even if you think they're dumb.
