Do you go out of your way to tell people about Bitcoin? Have you managed to convert anyone? I was talking to our landlord the other day and we got talking about investments etc. He's a very wealthy, successful businessman (and investor as it turns out). I asked if he had ever bought any crypto currency and he got that wry smile on his face that told me I was being stupid. He politely told me he'd "managed to avoid that". What would you have said at that point?

I get it. People think it's a scam because people get scammed, but we know they're not the same.

I'm hodling, i've been in Crypto for about 5 years and i've gotten pretty good at reading charts, if 80% of traders lose money, i'm in the 20% that doesn't, that's pretty cool I think. But I always get a bit tongue tied talking about crypto and feel like whoever I talk to about it will think i'm stupid, how do we educate?

I'm pretty sure our accountant thinks i'm mad for having BTC, I know another accountant who refuses to invest in it, a very wealthy person told me BTC is dead (when it was about 20k), and then our landlord refuses to touch it also.

And even then, when i've got my McLaren and people ask "how did you afford that". I'll tell them Bitcoin, bitch. 5 years of learning and they'll still say i'm lying, or scamming people, or got lucky. Do some people just not want to believe?
