Likely to be fooled is in my opinion kind of a weird to me. It's not like voice or looks are completely unique to you. It's understandable with brands/companies where the things can be "made up" and changed. Brands can be made to and supposed to be different, people don't necessarily have a choice if they are different or not.

Let's say an actor looks like an more famous actor, would it be wrong to make films with that actor (not having the famous actors name involved)? Just because someone would be likely to think it could be the more famous person from a visual inspection wouldn't make it wrong, right?

Obviously it's a bit easier there because you have the film credits that display the names of people involved.

Having the voice actors name unknown does make it a bit tricky, because it lends to you not knowing.

In my opinion, unless they stole her voice I'm ok with them using whatever kind of voice they want.
