Trump incited an insurrection against the United States and was only restored to the Colorado ballot because SCOTUS ruled only Congress can enforce Section 3 of the 14th amendment and the State of Colorado lacked authority to remove someone from a ballot for a federal election.

Ohio Republicans are trying to keep Biden off the ballot over a minor procedural issue that could be (and has been in the past) easily remedied. Ohio passed temporary extensions to their certification deadline for both Obama and Romney in 2012 and for Donald Trump in 2020, only now are they threatening to not do it for Biden.

The two are not, in any sense, comparable.
