Yep. Before the scandal they’d get thousands of applications for nearly every position. I started post scandal and did four and everyone remarked how shocked they were that my hiring was so fast. When I was promoted it was another four and took six months. The CEO at the time loved to remind us that if we didn’t like our jobs, lots of others wanted them.

Their shitty practices became more apparent post-Covid and turnover was suddenly massive. Nearly all of my team left when around the same time I did, especially when WWP tried to force full RTO in June 2020. They ended up keeping some bs hybrid schedule because they were losing so many people to remote work. What they did to the gal in this article doesn’t surprise me at all - I actually sent the suit to some former coworkers who were basically treated the same way.
