No, it would be due to the DOJ prosecuting at minimum 2 supreme court justices with ties to the Jan6 insurrection/bribes, and at least 20 sitting representatives of the house, as well as a few members of the senate, and then removal of no fewer than a dozen federal judges. Almost all of which are republican and would be prosecuted by a DOJ headed by a Democrat appointee. If that happens, the Maga crowd will no longer abide by any rule of law and will issue an ultimatum at gunpoint. At that point, any kind of agreement to fund the government would end, any cooperation between legislative branches/states with opposite party control would end, and any MAGA controlled states, of which there are at least a dozen would immediately ignore federal rulings/agreements already in place. The only way to make them follow the law would be to call upon the Natl guard or military and in some states like Florida/Texas, they have raised a state guard in preparation to actually fight if the federal govt does so, once that occurs, the loose agreements we have to not kill each other effectively fall thru. Which is why I think it would be more collaborated insurrection than a civil war, where chunks of the country break apart into their own territories amid skirmishes with the federal govt. That's assuming the dems grow a spine and prosecute, while not shitting said spine out the moment they hit any resistance. Let me be clear, the dems have a vertebrae, not a spine, so none of this is likely to happen.
