Why isn’t there some higher system of authority that enforces rules that judges must follow? All of this BS is happening because of some kind of trickery with unwritten decisions that Cannon has made which, by technicality, is untouchable. It’s obviously not how things are supposed to proceed and it should never have been allowed in the first place. There should be penalties for this, including being completely thrown off the case as a judge. If a judge refuses to do the job correctly and in a timely manner, the judge should be dismissed and there should be a process to get another judge who will follow the correct procedure. I think there should be a 3 strikes system of some kind also. Fuck up too many times and you lose your position as a judge. Simple.

I know the problem here is that enacting these kinds of rules requires agreement in congress, which has already been compromised. I just wonder how far we will let this go before resorting to BS trickery to skirt the rules from the other side. Allowing a criminal back in the White House is absolutely goddamn absurd and it just blows my mind to bits how obviously corrupt everything has become to reach the point we’re at now.
