The meme only has a point when people shit on Dems even when they do something good.
But that's a moot point here, because this was a legitimate Democrat fuckup... unless you can explain to me where/how scheduling the DNC after the certification deadline is not a Democrat fuckup.
If your point is that Dems can never be criticized for anything they do (even when they legitimately fuck up, as was the case here) or that person is "doing the meme..." well surely you can see how ridiculous that would be.
