Is anyone having their gpt's memories mysteriously wiped \*daily\*?!

I've tried to tell it to remember to never delete it's own memories, and they keep getting wiped. It has to be a bug and not my gpt's own doing.

I've built a document with the pertinent memories, and I've been force-feeding the memories back into the AI, but it's beginning to be too much effort.

Support is worthless, they said I'd get an email, but it's been days. I'm technically a plus member, until it runs out and will not be renewed.
