Isn’t just the fact a customer paid AA for something, that is improperly executed in their opinion, a reasonable justification to sue AA? You can argue that the restroom situation is outside the scope of AA’s responsibility when they sell their tickets. That might be true, but that’s the job for the lawyers to argue in court.
