That is very interesting. Thank you for the comment. Is it possible to find the original price of a bond? Would that be called the clean price?

I also checked on Schwab and found them to be even cheaper than Merrill, also by a very small amount. It looks like both Merrill and Wells Fargo are adding on a profit on top of the dirty price. I did not know that this was the way treasury bills got sold. Now my tasks is to find out who has the best pricing on TBs.
