I work in the US, and while our government does collect data on international trade, it does not collect data on what incoterm is being used.
I remember reading an article saying 70% of trade between the US and China is controlled by the US party (I just looked for the article and couldn't find it). So you could assume that 70% of the US exports are CPT, CIP, DAP, or DDP and 70% of the US imports are EXW or FOB.
From my personal experience (sample size: 1 office of 1 freight forwarding company with approx 50-75 different customers), I'd say our exports are 70% CPT/CIP, 20% DAP, 5% DDP, and 5% EXW. Our imports are probably 85% EXW, 10% DAP, 10% DDP, and 5% FOB.
