It's a great paper, but in my opinion it's quite bad news with all that latent negative potential passing thru all the training and fine-tuning. Imagine a bad actor gaining access to military drones, AI controlled trucks or such, and editing some of the key weights. Maybe clamping 10x something like these beauties:
