I find a lot of IPO prices drop shortly after the IPO and I can buy in at a better price later. I had someone give me an insider trading tip once and I passed on it. It's not worth the risk and I wouldn't feel right about it.

I am very happy to buy and hold index funds and ETFs. It gives a good return over the long haul and takes a lot of stress out of investing. Plus, I don't have to pay a FA a percentage-based AUM fee.
