Hey y'all, quick question for the community. Has anyone ever tried to invest in NT-REITs (Blackstone Real Estate Income Trust, Starwood Real Estate Income Trust, etc.) or interval funds (Apollo Diversified Real Estate Fund) without a financial advisor? It seems like all their website point you to one and regular brokerages don't sell them. It seems like you can invest in stuff like Fundrise and Yieldstreet alone but that feels less safe than investing with the big blue chips.

I don't want to pay a financial advisor fees and know what I want already! Why would I have to pay. Does anyone have a way around this?
