There's an outbreak of pump-and-dump scams on the pump.fun website. Devs are aware but can't do much right now. All Support could tell me is that an unspecified update is incoming (TBH they have a valid reason to keep the fix, if it exists, secret from scammers until it's ready).

Those scam are pump-and-dump ops, but done in quite sophisticated way, with lot of effort to simulate a legit token and numerous sock puppets that buy into token and keep Telegram reasonably active, only to sell at once when it's almost ready to enter Raydium. I fell to one myself yesterday and to my shame even tried to shill the coin on Twitter, thinking it was a legit memecoin, just with a very amateur dev. I've traded like 20 tokens on pump and never fell victim to a scam before, so I felt safe, and paid for it.

Today I checked their website to see if they removed the scam and saw another unroll live (a token with Shiba icon that climb all he way to 99% when sudden sell wall brought it to 4K mc in minutes).
