This doesn’t change anything since it’s running locally. Anyone who can have access physically (or via keylogger) to your machine can get that info.
Any popular OS already indexes stuff anyway. So if you do a local search you’ll be able to find that stuff anyhow.
For example, if you ever took a picture of your ID, and then type in ‘driving license’ into search, it will show your ID.
The only thing keeping attackers out is your master password. Microsoft’s feature does not introduce a security regression. It just sounds icky.
