This industry actually doesn't understand in legal terms what is happening to it, and I often hear two major solutions

1. defy the government forever and make underground technology that no one is technically legally allowed to use 2. Go offshore

Going offshore is the biggest lie in this industry by far and it is because there is no such thing as amlctf arbitrage, and there is no where in the world to hide.
