The fact that a Palestinian was shot and died at the scene does not indicate an orderly seizing of aid by an armed organization. It doesn't rule it out, but no more info is given and it seems equally likely that this was a disorganized mob of starving Palestinians - you know, the people who are likely to be left in the area according to the IDF and most others. (It also means the title of the article is wrong)

You shouldnt blame Hamas for this w/o evidence, and (even with evidence) you can't blame Hamas for this without demonstrating that the IDF air campaign's only practical success is in blowing the shit out of normal Gazans ability to even attempt living in the area.

Now, if that last part is true and is actually the point of the IDFs campaign, then hey! They have actually been successful, and their actions make sense. Of course, that does look a lot like a defacto genocide.
