"text": "After time in project and executive management, I would to return to development work and am aiming for embedded c Iot esp32 type work. \n\nI did a lot of c development for telecoms in my twenties. \n\nThe tech landscape is super different and the buzzwords etc have all changed ....\n\nC development in the Iot space seems a reasonable call - is it?\n\nI am planning on getting some project boards - is the esp32 a good place to start?\n\nThen my plan is to find and join some projects on Github to get some practice - I last used subversion for source control. \n\nAny thoughts of ones with enough traction to make a useful contribution?\n\n",
