The first column is the index, the tiered-ness of the items in the column should have given that away. You obviously have never worked with a dataframe before. Just open up "Numbers" in OSX and the grey shading on the first column for a default new sheets should be a big visual cue that something is different for the first column.

This comment clarifies that you didnt understand the first column or that it had tiers and groupings.

These are the top drivers. Some of them are "rollups" of the stuff under the tiers but the top rollup has a big ass caveat that I bolded and was extremely relevant. So you need to read the top with thought that not all of the rows are comparable but aggregates of other rows. Anyhow outside of health insurance/wireless phone service a lot of those things are stuff that doesnt matter to peoples daily lives . The only people buying Household Furnishings and Cars often enough to care to factor those into their assessments of inflation are well off people.
