Generally through the lens of the inverse of the PE and price to dividend+buybacks. Obviously growth is not something you ignore, That's what using things like 12 month- 2 year foward PE is useful for, But I also think generally future earnings are a little under discounted for my taste in growth stocks. But I am a value+profitability factor investor. I treat dividends as irrelevant vs buybacks, I'm not an income investor, But I do want to see money returned to shareholders or a solid plan to get there instead of hopes and dreams.
