I believe they did hire some of the customer service agents. The support chat looks and feels incredibly lame. You guys made GPT, put it to use! Then, when you submit your request, I believe the first answer you get is written by a GPT, although I am not sure, it's kind of robotic and repetitive. And if you have any follow ups, that's when someone with a name responds to you. Mind you, this is a progress because when GPT-4 rolled out, I waited for months to hear from them, while now they usually take about a few hours.

Same here, I am far from being a great coder but that just adds up to the points raised: they make it for everybody, make it accessible! It's not like they need to hire authors and pay them, they have the tools today that we are yet to hear about in 2028 at their disposal! I am just genuinely surprised, that's all. They do need to invest in marketing.
