Greetings Redditors, I'm looking for some help in relation to making my business even more efficient than it already is. I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but any assistance or advice is welcome!

My industry is quite niche and finding ways to make it more efficient is proving challenging. My business is a technical/legal and in th econstruction space. I essentially issue permits to permit to permit residential construction. In order to do this, I look all the documentation provided to our office, this includes contracts, insurance, architectural drawings, engineering documentation etc. based on these documents, I provide my clients with a checklist of matters which they need to address, change, ellaborate etc. What I do now is cope/paste from a word document which contains all the standard (*I call this standard notes*) things which I ask for on this 'checklist'. However, I would like to make this more efficient instead of copy/pasting then tailoring the generic point to be more specific.

That being said... I want AI to be able to help me streamline this process. Essentially, what I am hoping that I can do is the following:

I Type **"nominate dimension of window to the living room"** and I would want AI to feed from my 'standard notes' and rewrite it to state **"Clause 5.5 - Nominate the dimension of the window to the living room to enable our office to assess lighting and ventilation requirements in accordance with the construction code"**.

I have absolutely no idea where to start. I use ChatGPT here and there but nothing to this level. I am not even sure if this is possible with ChatGPT so any assistance at all would be appreciated!
