I was under the impression treasury bills sold at the price/rate no matter what broker you were buying from.

Today I found that the 8/6/2024 tbill on Merrill Lynch was at 98.9108 (5.359%) while at WellsTrade (Wells Fargo) it was at 98.947 (5.177%).

Can someone tell me why this is?
